We were founded by Scott H. Stalker, a retired U.S. Marine with over 31 years of distinguished service, including senior leadership positions at the National Security Agency (NSA), U.S. Cyber Command, Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), and U.S. Space Command. His legacy of service, strategic insight, and operational excellence continues to shape everything we do.

MEET THE FOUNDER
Scott H. Stalker is a distinguished leader, keynote speaker, and national security expert with over 31 years of military service in the United States Marine Corps. He holds the unique honor of being the first and only Marine to serve as the Command Senior Enlisted Leader for the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), National Security Agency (NSA), U.S. Cyber Command, and later, the United States Space Command—where he concluded his military career in 2023.
Throughout his decades of service, Scott held strategic leadership roles across the most critical domains of national defense, including cybersecurity, intelligence, and space operations. He completed seven combat tours and more than five high-level strategic leadership assignments, influencing both policy and operations at the highest levels of government and military.
As the founder of S2 – Stalker Solutions LLC, Scott now applies his deep operational expertise to help organizations and leaders navigate complexity, lead with purpose, and succeed in mission-critical environments. He is also a dynamic keynote speaker who has inspired thousands with talks focused on team building, problem-solving, leadership, and national security.
Scott holds a Master of Science in Cybersecurity, a Bachelor of Arts in Intelligence Studies, and a National Preparedness Leadership Certificate from Harvard University. He currently serves as a Senior Fellow at the National Defense University and sits on the boards of the Wounded Warrior Project, the Marine Raider Foundation, and the Naval Intelligence Professionals.
